Technical level: eIDAS Simple Electronic Signature (SES)

FluxeHRa native e-signature is designed as an eIDAS Simple Electronic Signature (SES). Evidence typically includes declared identity and email, optional email OTP, IP and user-agent, consent text snapshotted at send time, document hashes, and an audit trail. An optional organization PAdES-B seal protects PDF integrity after signing — it is not AES or QES and does not involve a QTSP. Fitness for a given document type remains a customer legal decision.
